Gourmet Vanilla - Flavouring the World and Helping Communities!
At SouthPhil Gourmet Vanilla, we not only strive to produce the highest quality vanilla products, we aim to benefit those who help us grow the special beans we use for our products.
We operate in the Southern Philippines where we have established 4 farms currently. We work with our Indonesian partners who are based in the Jembrana area of Bali. Indonesia has a long history of Vanilla farming, with the first farms started by the Dutch in the 1800s! Indonesia is the second largest producer of vanilla and it's beans are highly prized, especially by the European market. Our research and development is linked to two universities in Java and we are seeking to develop further products down stream.
